• Product descriptions:  Neo Human Toys attempts to be as accurate as possible. However Neo Human Toys does not guarantee that the items shown on the site are exactly the same as those which Neo Human Toys will deliver. The website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.  If a product offered by Neo Human Toys is not as described, you may return it in an unused condition.
   
• Acceptance:  Only persons with  the age of 18 years  and older are allowed to make web orders. Neo Human Toys reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Neo Human Toys may ask for verification of information before accepting your order.  All listed prices are the full retail price including shipping costs. We can not confirm the price of an item until you order.  No contract shall exist between the customer and Neo Human Toys until the customer receives an email by Neo Human Toys confirming the transcation.
   
• Payment: The only method of payment Neo Human Toys accepts is through a bank transaction.
   
• Shipping:  All the prices of the products on the site are including shipping costs.  Neo Human Toys  aims to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 48 hours after Neo Human Toys receives a confirmation of payment. However, the shipment can be delayed if the item is not in stock.  Upon request, Neo Human Toys will send a confirmation email when shipment is arranged. A third party will execute the shipment.
   
• Return Policy:  If you have received an order that is not to your satisfaction, you may return it if it is unused and in its original package within 14 days after delivery.  For return information, send an email with the order number to info@boezels.com .  Neo Human Toys will send you an email with the return address and refund details. Neo Human Toys will credit your bankaccount with the amount of the returned item, excluding shipping costs.

Applicable Law

By visiting this site, you agree the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. These laws will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise.
